Service Description
This SMS service is provided by Nomad Detroit Coffee ("we," "us," or "our") for customer care purposes only. This number is designated exclusively for responding to inbound customer messages. We do not send unsolicited messages or marketing communications through this service.
Acceptance of Terms
By sending a text message to our customer care number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our SMS Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this SMS service.
Service Usage
Inbound Messages Only: This number is configured to receive and respond to customer-initiated messages only. We will not initiate contact unless you message us first.
Response Times: We aim to respond to your messages by the next business day or during our normal business hours Saturdays from 7 AM - 1 PM EST.
Permitted Use: This service is intended for customer support inquiries, account questions, technical assistance, and general customer care matters.
Prohibited Use: You may not use this service to:
- Send spam, abusive, threatening, or harassing messages
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Solicit or conduct illegal activities
- Send excessive messages that disrupt service operations
Message and Data Rates
Carrier Charges Apply: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to all SMS communications. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
No Service Fees: We do not charge fees for using this SMS customer care service beyond standard carrier rates.
Privacy and Data Collection
Information Collection: When you text us, we may collect your mobile phone number, message content, and related metadata to provide customer support.
Data Use: Information collected through this service is used solely to respond to your inquiries and improve our customer care services. We will not use your mobile number for marketing purposes through this channel.

How to Stop: You may stop receiving responses at any time by texting STOP to our customer care number. You may also simply discontinue sending messages to us.
Confirmation: After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message.
Resuming Service: To resume receiving responses, text START or send a new customer care inquiry.
Service Availability and Modifications
No Guarantee of Availability: While we strive to maintain consistent service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or carrier limitations.
Right to Modify or Discontinue: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this SMS service at any time with or without notice.
Terms Updates: We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitations and Disclaimers

No Emergency Use: This service is not intended for emergencies. Do not use SMS for urgent matters requiring immediate attention.
Delivery Not Guaranteed: We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected due to carrier issues, network problems, or device limitations.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for your mobile carrier's performance, fees, or policies.
Limitation of Liability
