Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Because we roast in small batches, your coffee is as fresh as possible when it leaves our hands.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS from St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Priority Mail): 3–5 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50

Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're local to metro Detroit, you can also find us at the Royal Oak Farmers Market every Saturday from 7 AM to 1 PM.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment notification.

Returns & Refunds

Our Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our coffee. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Perishable Goods

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags for reasons other than damage or defect. We want you to love your coffee — if you have any concerns about your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or report an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue:

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your coffee.
