Co-founded by Sean and Marcel, we source single-origin beans from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Colombia, roasting them in small batches to highlight each origin's unique character. The journey into roasting started unexpectedly. Sean roasted his first batch of coffee in an oven for a work project and immediately knew he was onto something. He brought Marcel in, and what began with an automated Whirly Pop on a kitchen counter quickly evolved into a consumer roaster and eventually the commercial fluid air-bed roaster they use today. Working full-time in the education and IT fields, Sean and Marcel pour their off-hours into Nomad Detroit Coffee. Our roasting approach blends craft with data: the fluid air-bed roaster gives precise control over every batch, ensuring consistency while letting each origin's character shine through. - Website: https://www.detroit.coffee - Email: hello@nomaddetroit.coffee - Phone: (313) 751-3699 - Instagram: https://instagram.com/nomaddetroitcoffee - Based out of Hunt Street Station, Detroit ## Where to Find Us **Online:** Order whole bean bags shipped directly to your door at https://www.detroit.coffee.
